The basic slab on grade is the most frequently used for residential and commercial foundations. It requires a soil that does not contain expansive clays or excessive fill to achieve level. We generally provide a 12" wide x 18" deep perimeter beam with 12" wide x 12" deep cross beams at interior load bearing wall locations. We use either post tension cables or rebar for all of our concrete work, wire mesh is a poor substitute for rebar.
We are also one of a very few concrete contractors in our area who provide Worker's Compensation and $1 million General Liability insurances for your protection.
