In many parts of the country the basement is the norm of construction; with Redding Concrete, East Texas is no exception. We know what we're doing and we've done it all before. With the combination of waterstops, keyways, reinforcement, waterproofing and french drains, water will always remain outside.
This view shows the rubber waterstop which will be cast in the grade beam as well as the wall poured later.
The height of the basement wall is no problem, this one was 13' above the footing. Please keep in mind, this foundation was designed by a Professional Engineer.
